Orders will be shipped out bi-weekly (once every 2 weeks) on Thursday!
Processing times and or delays will be updated on the home page when applicable!
Orders will be sent from Japan
We are not responsible for any additional VAT and Tax charges within your country! (EU and UK buyers kindly take note of this!).

Types of Shipping
We provide 3 different types of shipping. We highly recommend you to choose a shipping with tracking number since any lost package is not our responsibility. Your understanding is appreciated.

Please note that these are only estimated and can differ based on season/ new global events.

[Airmail] 1~3 months, not tracked
[Airmail Reg] 3~6 days, tracked
[EMS] 2~4 days, tracked

Stolen/ Missing Package
We are not responsible for any lost/missing package once the mail has left our hands, as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Please contact your post office if this does happen!

Eco-friendly Packaging Materials
We tried to keep our packaging as eco-friendly as possible. Plastics that came with your order are reused packaging material from our manufacturer. We try our best to reuse packaging materials from our suppliers to reduce waste! In addition to that, we try our best to source for the most eco-friendly packaging.
